Q: Are you a trading company or factory?
A: We are factory with over 5000 square meters area.
 
Q:How can I place battery order?
A: We will check your battery request in details and provide our proposal, once confirmed, we will provide PI for you to arrange payment to proceed with sample order first, once sample confirmed, we will prepare sales contract for you to sign and arrange payment, then we will proceed with mass production.
 
Q: What kind of battery do you make?
A: We mainly make energy storage battery, lead acid replacement battery, lithium ion battery used for medical device/e-mobility/lamps/power tools, etc.
 
Q: Can I get a battery sample for test?
A: Yes, we can provide sample first before mass production.
 
Q:Can I get sample for free?
A: Normally we don’t provide free samples, but maybe we can consider to return the sample fee back when place mass production order, it depends on the case and cost.
 
Q: What’s the packing method for the rack mount/wall mount battery?
A: Each one into carton with good quality, then with pallet.
 
Q: Could you accept OEM/ODM order?
A: Yes, we can. With strong R&D team, we can support you to provide one-stop battery solution and help you to customize lithium rechargeable battery with good price.
 
Q: Where is your factory?
A: Located in Chang’an Town, Dongguan city, Guangdong province.
 
Q: Which brand of inverter does your rack mount/wall mount battery compatible with?
A: Our battery is compatible with most mainstream brands in the market, such as GOODWE, Deye, Growatt, Viction Energy, EFFEKTA, SolarMax, etc, even it’s not compatible, our engineer could adjust it according to the spec of your inverter and make it match.
 
Q: What’s the payment terms?
A Normally we accept 30% deposit and balance to be paid before shipment by T/T, but we suggest you to check case by case.
 
Q: What kind of cells are you using for your residential energy storage battery?
A: Normally we use prismatic lifepo4 cells, cylinder lifepo4 cells and sometimes also use soft li-polymer cells.
 
Q: How long is the warranty time for your residential energy storage battery?
A: Normally 5-10 years for residential energy storage battery, but for industrial and commercial ESS system, please check with us case by case.
 
Q:Could you help arrange shipment?
A: Yes, we can, with years of experience in lithium rechargeable battery field, we have a lot of forwarder sources, which could help arrange shipment easily with good cost.
 
Q: How could you make sure your battery matching our device?
A: We will check your request in details, and before mass production, we will provide sample for your approval with spec sheet, once confirmed, we will arrange production according to the sample we made.
 
Q: What kind of payment method do you accept?
A: Normally we accept T/T, L/C, Money Gram, Credit card, Paypal, Western Union, etc.
 
Q: How long will it take to get price?
A: About 24 hours after all necessary parameters and information are confirmed.
 
Q: What’s the difference between lead acid battery and LiFePO4 battery?
A LiFePO4 battery is 70% lighter than lead acid battery, 3-4 times cycle life than lead acid, with BMS protection, more economical for long time using, totally eco-friendly and more suitable for marine, RV, UPS systems, energy storage system, etc.
 
Q: I’m looking for lead-acid replacement lithium battery, which models do you have?
A: We have almost all models such as 12V 7ah, 12v 9ah, 12v 10ah, 12v 30ah, 12v 50ah, 12v 80ah, 12v 100ah, 12v 150ah, 12v 200ah, 12v 300ah, 24v 10ah, 24v 20ah, 24v 30ah, 24v 50ah, 24v 100ah, 24v 200ah, and we can customize drop in replacement battery according to your request.
 
Q: Can I visit your factory?
A: Yes of course, we have our own battery factory, welcome to visit us!
 
Q: Can you add any communication protocol?
A: Yes we can, normally we add RS 485 , RS 232 and CAN for the lithium batteries, for other protocol, please check with us case by case.
 
Q: What kind of shipping method you can arrange?
A: Express, air, Sea and land shipment, but it doesn’t mean that we can arrange any shipping way for lithium rechargeable batteries to any countries, battery is unlike normal goods, shipment is more complicated.
 
Q: Are your battery with real capacity?
A: Yes of course, we use only grade A cells , totally new and real capacity, and we never exaggerate the capacity.
